The Faculty & Staff Association’s annual general meeting (AGM) takes place Wednesday, May 21 from noon to 4 pm in hybrid format.
Members can catch up on all the work the union is doing in person at Evered Hall on the UFV Abbotsford campus, or log in via Zoom. They can vote on the upcoming year’s budget, nominate members for executive positions, and learn about important updates. Election voting will be held online in the week following the AGM by electronic ballot.’
For in-person attendees, lunch will be served from 12-1 pm and the meeting portion will take place from 1-4 pm. Zoom information will be emailed out with the agenda package closer to the date.
A copy of the agenda, meeting package, and voting information will be available on the FSA website closer to the date. Members are encouraged to register for the FSA website.
