Culinary Arts bistro lunches — March 12 to April 30

UFV Professional Cook Level 2 students are cooking up tasty bistro lunches for you to try.

From March 12 through April 30, visit the Rivers Dining Room in the UFV Chilliwack Trades & Technology Centre on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11:20 to 11:50 a.m. (with orders being taken until noon).

Students will be mastering their skills through a dine-in experience, supplementing the standard menu with flavourful creations.
