Join UFV Culinary Arts on Friday, Feb 7 at the Rivers Dining Room in the UFV Chilliwack Trades and Technology Centre for night two of our 2025 pop-up restaurant series, Restaurant Wars. Two teams, two restaurants, two nights. This means war.
The menu for this pop-up dinner is created by UFV Professional Cook 1 students, and their restaurant is Al Dente.

Doors open at 5 pm and dinner begins at 5:30 pm.
Substitutions to the menu cannot be made, however, exceptions can be made for allergies at the discretion of the teams cooking. This is a teaching kitchen environment and ingredients may come into contact with common food allergens.
Pay parking is in effect. Payment is accepted via the machines in the main hallway or via the PayByPhone app with the location code 1712.
Night one will feature The Velvet Spoon, and tickets are sold separately.
