The upcoming Provost Lunch and Learn brings an online discussion about ‘One Health, one valley: Breaking boundaries and doing university differently at the UFV.’
It takes place Wednesday, Jan 15 from noon to 1 pm via Zoom.
The proposed One Health hub at UFV presents an opportunity to break down barriers between academic disciplines and between our community, industry, and government. One Health addresses problems holistically, bringing together teams of stakeholders and scholars to address local challenges with a “made in the region” approach.
This talk outlines potential visions for what we might achieve with a One Health initiative.
