The fourth annual UFV Safety and Security Clothing Drive takes place Dec 1 to 20 at the Abbotsford and Chilliwack campuses.
Donations of new and gently used clothing items (coats/socks/gloves/toques/underwear) are welcome, as well as blankets. Warm clothes are the most requested but least donated items at homeless shelters. Your donations will support Griffin Security’s Community Outreach program.
At UFV Abbotsford, donations can be dropped off at the Safety and Security office (B122), Office of the Registrar (B211), Student Affairs (B214) or the Student Union Office (S1109). At UFV Chilliwack they can be dropped off at the Safety and Security office in building A (A1115) or at the Trades & Tech Centre (TTC 1108).
Gift card donations are also welcomed, but can only be dropped off at the Abbotsford and Chilliwack safety and security offices.
