Alumni, staff, faculty and their families are invited to join members of UFV’s new School of Social Justice and Global Stewardship (SoJust) and UFV March for Sustainability in planting a pocket forest on the grounds of The’wá:lí Nation (Soowahlie First Nation). The event, which runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., will feature performances, talks, and food.
This event will launch SoJust by engaging hands, hearts, and minds towards demonstrating commitment to our shared earth, our collective community, and our mutual interdependency by planting sustainability and good intentions.
