Permanent employees who are eligible for the Health Spending Account must submit claims for the 2022/23 fiscal by March 31, 2023.
The claim forms for Health Spending Account expenses can be found on the UFV HR website: https://www.ufv.ca/hr/working-at-ufv/forms/ and account balances can be viewed by logging in to myUFV.
