It’s based on research that shows the single biggest factor in determining employee retention and engagement is the quality of management.
This winter semester, you can learn to become the type of manager that builds a desirable workplace for yourself and your employees by enrolling in MGMT 310 Cultivating Positive Workplaces. The course is running in an online asynchronous format and is open to all students with at least 45 credits. You will learn evidence-based strategies and engage in activities that will help you to be a better manager now or that will prepare you for taking on this important responsibility in your future career.
