Change to Outlook email: external warning

IT Services has received valuable feedback after the launch last fall of the external email header – this is the yellow header seen at the top of email sent from outside of UFV.  ITS is streamlining this security feature and the way the header appears. This change will improve Outlook functionality.

Change details:

External email messages will now have the notification “[External]” added to the subject line. The yellow banner used currently will move to the bottom of the message. This change restores the preview function in Outlook or when viewing email on your phone or mobile device.
