The library has received a grant from the BC History Digitization Program, Irving K Barber Learning Centre at UBC to digitize eligible BC cookbooks that will be added to UFV’s institutional repository, HarvestIR. We’ve been actively adding cookbooks from the Newman Western Canadian Cookbook Collection over the last two years and to date have digitized approximately 150+ titles. This grant will allow us to add another 60+ titles to the digitized cookbook content in HarvestIR.
