Each year, the Research Office invites 20+ faculty researchers to take part in the UFV Microlectures by providing a “snapshot” of their research in just two minutes or less!
• When: Thursday, February 17
11:30 am–12:30 pm, on Zoom
• What to expect: Researchers take the spotlight one after the other, in rapid succession, for a maximum of two minutes each to speak about the exciting findings and implications of their research. The event lasts about an hour.
• Why we do it: This fast-paced, engaging event is not only fun to watch — it highlights the interdisciplinary nature of UFV’s work, excites students about research, and exposes faculty to the scholarly work of colleagues in other disciplines.
