Playing with Possibilities — session 2 of 2

As we transition to in-person work, how might we strengthen relationships across teams at UFV for greater resilience?

  • Objective 1: Resilience tools and wellness practices for the transition to in-person work
  • Objective 2: Connect the dots of commonalties, similar goals, and build bridges of connection across silos for increased communication and collaboration
  • Objective 3: Get to know each other in a relaxed and playful state that reduces tension, obstacles and possible anxiety of hesitations. Create new connections and spark potential relationship building.

The quality of our relationships impacts our health, happiness and stress. If you’ve ever enjoyed the energizing feeling of well-being after playing around the campfire with reflective conversations this is the professional remote version of that “glow”.

Limited spots available (35 openings) for a small group, hands-on, experience of two 120-minute sessions (September 14 & 28).
