Beginning Aug 3, 2021, UFV employees and students visiting the IT Service Desk portal (TDX) or signing on to Zoom will now log on using their UFV email address. By changing our log on procedure from using a UFV student number or active directory log on to using your UFV email address, users can expect an improved and secure sign on process.
What do I need to do?
When you visit the IT Service Desk portal or Zoom as of August 3, you will be prompted to log on using your UFV email address and password.
Details:
Most users will not experience a disruption in service but may notice some minor differences in the look of the login page.
