New signage indicating the Emergency Assembly Areas was installed by Risk and Safety and Emergency Managemenet at all of the UFV campuses in December.
The new signs are bright orange with green trim, and can be identified with the assembly area logo and with the specific site marker. If there’s a need to evacuate a UFV building, please head to the closest emergency assembly area. These are spaces of increased safety and are large enough to allow employees and students to gather and wait for further instructions. Please familiarize yourself with the assembly areas on your campus here.
