UFV/United Way “Make a Difference” Breakfast Cook Off — Nov 17

Last November we kicked off our annual UFV-United Way “Make a Difference” employee giving campaign with a thank-you breakfast served by senior leadership at UFV’s Abbotsford and Chilliwack campuses.

Due to the pandemic, our 2020 employee breakfast will look a little different, but will still allow us to come together and have some fun while staying physically apart!

On Tuesday, November 17, join us online at 8:15 am for a Breakfast Cook Off in collaboration with UFV’s Culinary Arts program. There will be prizes for winning cooks and viewers, and for employees who post pictures of their cook-off inspired breakfasts from Nov 17 to Dec 1.

President Joanne MacLean and five other UFV celebrity chefs will be cooking live from their homes. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, you’ll be inspired!

Register here to receive your zoom invitation.

In the meantime, enjoy this short video from Chef Sian Hurley of UFV Culinary Arts with tips for making the perfect sunny-side-up egg — a classic any time of day.

We look forward to cooking with you!
