Deadline Oct 30: Self-serve password reset for faculty and staff

This summer, self-serve password reset (SSPR) was made available to all UFV faculty and staff. The deadline for enrolling is just around the corner — please set up SSPR before October 30.

What do I need to know?
SSPR is a one-time-only enrollment that gives you ownership over your passwords, without having to go through the IT Service Desk; once you’re set up, it is ready to use whenever you need to reset your password. For more information about SSPR, click here.

What do I need to do?
• If you haven’t enrolled yet, please click here for simple step-by-step instructions.

• Bookmark this link, for instructions on how to reset your password at any time after you’ve enrolled. Please note: you must enroll for SSPR before attempting to reset your password.

Please enroll for self-serve password reset by October 30. If you’re not enrolled before Friday, you’ll receive an automated prompt for SSPR when logging in to your email or MS Teams.
