Segregation Reform in Canada — March 19

Join us for a presentation on Segregation Reform in Canada by Howard Sapers, followed by a question-and-answer period.

Howard Sapers was the Correctional Investigator of Canada during the tenure of the Harper government. After that, he accepted a position with the Ontario government where he investigated and reported on the use of solitary confinement. Mr. Sapers was recently appointed as a visiting professor at the University of Ottawa in their department of Criminology where he is teaching a course on criminal justice and social policy.
