Build your own Zen Garden, the Japanese term “karesansui” meaning dry landscape. Through the Zen practice, raking and maintenance of the garden helps increase mindfulness and meditation while decreasing stress by emptying and quieting the mind. This will help set up positive and stress free practices for your semester ahead.
