Wellness Workshop: Cultivating Resilience — January 13

This series of free Wellness Workshops are designed to help students strategize how to go beyond merely surviving the semester. Through the course of the academic year you will learn how to cultivate good mental health, develop resilience, and generate healthy habits. The workshops are supplemented with Movement & Mindfulness classes focused on restorative stretching, calming breathing techniques, and mindful awareness. Sign up through CampusLife to earn Co-Curriculum Credit by searching for the organization “SoCA.”

We begin 2020 by reframing failure. This workshop will offer you techniques on how to move forward after failure or disappointment. It will emphasize the importance of developing healthier self-care habits and mental health strategies, and will help you learn how to cultivate a resilient mindset.
