Kaltura’s screen capture and webcam recording software, Kaltura CaptureSpace, will be upgraded to Kaltura Capture on July 27, from noon to 10 pm. It has been rescheduled from June 30.
During this migration, My Media in My Class (Blackboard) and UFV Media Space will be offline. Kaltura CaptureSpace will disappear permanently from noon on July 27.
Kaltura Capture allows both instructors and students to create various videos for mini lectures, voice & video over PowerPoint, presentations, demonstrations, and video assignments.
If you would like to pilot Kaltura Capture before July 27, please create an IT Service Desk ticket at the website provided.
If you would like to get short tutorials on Kaltura Capture, please contact Teaching & Learning Centre (TLC) after getting your Kaltura Capture access.
