Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction CE course info session — April 2

As part of UFV Continuing Education’s Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course, instructor Seonaigh MacPherson provides a free orientation at the Gathering Place (A1457) on the Chilliwack campus on April 2. Everyone who is interested is welcome to attend.

The course is designed to teach you mindfulness-based exercises and strategies that you can use to manage stress and enhance well-being. UFV Continuing Education’s Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course empowers you and equips you to deal with stress, chronic pain, and any nagging sense of dissatisfaction.

This free orientation is an excellent opportunity to learn more about MBSR, ask questions, and find out if this course is for you.
