The UFV-SUS Food Bank is hosting its first Community Dinner on October 4, just in time for Thanksgiving! Dinner will be served in Evered Hall in the Student Union Building (Abbotsford campus). There will be two seating times – 4:30 pm and 6 pm.
This event is Pay What You Can – the suggested donation is $2 or a non-perishable item for the UFV-SUS Food Bank. If you can pay more, great! If you can’t pay anything, that’s okay too. All funds will go towards future Food Bank programming. Donations will be collected at the door on the day of the event.
Please fill out the online RSVP form at www.ufv.ca/food-bank and indicate which seating you would like to attend, and if you are bringing a guest. This event has always sold out in past years, so we’ve increased capacity; however, seats are limited. RSVP as soon as possible to reserve your spot!
