Please join me and other campus leaders on Monday, May 7, for an interactive discussion on classroom scheduling and its impact on student success. We have recently undertaken an in-depth review of instructional space utilization and will present some of the findings. The session will start with coffee and light refreshments at 8:30 am followed by presentations and discussions.

- The Strategic Enrolment Plan and its influence on student enrolment, retention and success
- Update on the recommendations of the Registration and Scheduling Task Force
- Outline the results of the consultant’s report on instructional space utilization
- Review scheduling practices and how they affect:
- Classroom utilization
- Days and time of day utilization
- Meeting pattern utilization
- Understand course offering practices that impact our instructional capacity
- Review information about course offerings that potentially impact student access to needed courses
