Health and Wellness Expo — Mar 26

Want to find out about cancer screening, dealing with stress, quitting smoking, or taking care of your teeth? Fentanyl, binge drinking, or emergency preparedness? Come to the UFV Health and Wellness Expo in the atrium of Buildnig A at the Chilliwack campus on March 26.

The UFV Faculty of Health Sciences School of Health Studies is hosting a health promotion event on March 26 at the CEP campus, Building A, West Atrium. Fourth-year BSN nursing students and Dental Assistant students will be presenting a Health and Wellness Expo with exhibits on the following topics: the Fentanyl Crisis; Binge Drinking; Early Cancer Screening; Sleep; Travel Health; Stress and Coping; Emergency Preparedness; Tobacco Cessation; Oral Health Education/Resources for all ages; and Nutrition (in particular intake of beverages) and increased risk for tooth decay.
