• Time: 11:30 am to 12:30 pm

What it looks like.
Researchers take the stage one after the other for a maximum of two minutes to speak about the exciting findings and implications of their research. The event generally lasts about an hour. Discussion and networking are encouraged afterwards (e.g., if someone is inspired, they can approach faculty afterwards for further discussion).
What it is not.
The Microlecture series is not a forum for faculty to introduce themselves or their department. Rather, it is an opportunity for those in attendance to get “snapshots” of the exciting research being conducted at UFV.
