The third and final module of the Online New Student Orientation is now available to new-to-UFV students. Just in time for mid-terms, this module introduces the seven dimensions of wellness and provides students with tips and resources for maintaining their well-being under increased stress.
This module also offers an adapted version of UFV’s new suite of sexualized violence prevention workshops. Students learn the fundamentals of how to engage in healthy, consensual relationships; how to safely and effectively intervene in situations that may lead to harm; and how to respond sensitively and appropriately to someone who is disclosing an experience of sexualized violence.
Faculty and staff are encouraged to direct their new-to-UFV students to this valuable online resource.
