There will be a film crew on the Abbotsford campus from June 27-29.
The film is called ‘Engaging Father Christmas’ and is a Hallmark movie of the week.
The following is the filming schedule:
- June 27: The trucks will arrive in the parking lot (west side of parking lot 10, by SUB) on June 27 and will leave on June 29 at the end of the day. This section of parking will be blocked off.
- June 28: Set up will take place in the SUB atrium. During set up, decorators will clear most of the furniture on the main floor and will add airport racks and signage, as well as Christmas decorations. Filming will begin at 4 m on the June 28, so disruptions will be minimal.
- June 29: The crew will clean up on June 29.
