Senate approved revisions to the Credentials policy (64) on February 10, 2017
The following graduation requirements, as per the recent revisions, will be in effect for Fall 2017:
- A program GPA (the GPA calculated over all UFV courses used to meet program requirements) of at least 2.0 (3.0 for graduate programs) is required for all programs.
- A cumulative GPA (the GPA calculated on all courses taken at the same level as the program) of at least 2.0 (3.0 for graduate programs) is required for programs other than certificates and associate certificates, i.e., for associate degrees, diplomas, and bachelor degrees.
- A minimum of 50% additional credit is required to obtain a second UFV credential, excluding associate certificates and subsequent or concurrent degrees that are governed by Subsequent and Concurrent Bachelor Degree policy.
