The 2017/18 Health Spending Account (HSA) Funds Designation forms have been sent to all permanent employees. If have not received a form by email please go to the HR website to print the form. HSA balances are available for viewing when logged in to myUFV. Claims for expenses incurred in the 2016/17 fiscal year must be submitted by March 31, 2017.
