At its February 21, 2017 meeting, President’s Executive rescinded the Professional Development policy (137)
As professional development for employees is addressed in the Collective Agreement and the Terms and Conditions for Exempt Staff, the policy is no longer needed to direct decisions or approval of applications. The criteria, guidelines and process for approval of applications for professional development are published on the HR section of the UFV website. Elimination of this policy is not intended to change availability of professional development.
