Spring 2017 Holocaust study tour in Germany and Poland — apply by Feb 17

Seats are still available for the Spring 2017 Holocaust study tour in Germany and Poland.

This study tour has been organized by members of two UFV departments: History (Steve Schroeder) and Visual Arts (Aleksandra Idzior).  It has been designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the German-led attack on European Jews, and others targeted for persecution, during the Second World War. Tour participants will then travel to Germany and Poland, where they will visit historical sites related to the Holocaust — including Auschwitz-Birkenau — and its commemoration. Participants will meet with museum staff, archivists, historians, and others to discuss the political and social repercussions of the devastating episode in Europe.

If you are interested in joining this tour, please submit the following information:

1. Your student number or faculty ID number
