UFV will be upgrading exterior building and parking lot lights on the Abbotsford campus over the next three months. The work on the exterior building lights should not cause any disruption to building access or operations.
The work on the parking lot lights will cause minor parking disruptions as the contractor works their way through the parking lots to replace the lights on the lamp standards.
Each day in the early morning, the contractor or UFV security will be barricading around the lamp standards that will be worked on during that day. Please respect the barricades so they can complete the work in a timely manner. As the work on each lamp standard is completed, the barricades will be removed and the parking spaces returned to use.
The work will start on Tues, Sept 27.
