Employee emergency contact information required

Human Resources is requesting that all UFV employees provide an emergency contact.

This can be done by:
1. logging on to the myufv portal
2. Select the Personal Information tab on the left hand side bar
3. Select Update Emergency Contacts
4. Select new contact and add appropriate information

Please note you can have more than one emergency contact just select New Contact and add additional contacts. Please keep your emergency contacts current. You can view your list on the Personal Information tab on the portal.
