Emergency contact update/request

In the event of an emergency, we all want our loved ones to be informed in a timely manner. Human Resources is requesting that all UFV employees provide an emergency contact.

This can be done by:

  1. Logging on to the myufv portal
  2. Selecting the Personal Information tab on the left hand side bar
  3. Viewing current emergency contacts
  4. If needed select ‘update emergency contacts’
  5. Selecting new contact and adding appropriate information.

Please note you can have more than one emergency contact just select New Contact and add additional contacts. Please keep your emergency contacts current. You can view your list on the Personal Information tab on the portal.
