Facilities Management is requesting that all departments currently requiring the disposal of hazardous waste materials for 2015 complete the “Hazardous Waste Disposal Information Form” found online on the janitorial webpage and email to Adam Bodnar, Manager of Operations (Abbotsford B150R) no later than Thursday April 30.
Please ensure that all waste materials are packaged according to safety standards as indicated by the Material Safety Data Sheet for that specific product.
Non-response by April 30th, 2015, will be interpreted as no requirement for the disposal of waste materials from the department.
