UFV and the City of Abbotsford are undertaking a collaborative initiative to shape the future of the UDistrict neighbourhood. UDistrict will be an innovative community where creative minds live, work, play, and learn within a vibrant, sustainable, and livable neighbourhood.
The partnership initiative includes the development of a UDistrict Neighbourhood Plan and a fully compatible and integrated UFV Abbotsford Campus Master Plan.
It is vital we have input from faculty, students, staff, neighbours and businesses – the people who work, go to school and live in this area. Your input and involvement is needed over the next year during the planning and design phases.
Come and see what UDistrict is all about and give early input:
Wednesday, April 8
- Interactive Campus Booth – 11:30 – 2 pm on the Campus Green for University students, staff, and faculty. In the case of heavy rain, the booth will be moved to the Learning Commons in the Library.
- Interactive Neighbourhood Booth – 4 – 7 pm at the Abbotsford Centre front entrance plaza for the neighbourhood at large. This area has a large overhang in case of heavy rain.
