As part of our continuous upgrades to improve safety and energy utilization on our campuses, we are installing gas meters and seismic gas shut-off valves at the Abbotsford campus. To do this, the contractor will be shutting off the natural gas to the affected buildings over night.
Building A West and B will be done on the evening of March 25.
Building C will be done on the evening of March 26.
The work will start after 11pm and will be completed before 6am on the following morning. The contractor will then follow up and make sure all gas appliances and equipment are working properly after the gas is turned back on.
