For the first time in UFV history, six student clubs have collaborated to celebrate Lunar New Year. Happening on Friday March 6 from 7-10pm, the event will feature UFV’s celebration of the Year of the Sheep/Goat/Ram. The Chinese Students and Scholars Association are taking the lead on the event. Other student clubs involved include the International Student Club, UFV Latino Club, UFV Arab Club, UFV India, and the International Friendship Club.
The Lunar New Year Masquerade party is free to all students, staff, and faculty with UFV ID.Join us for an evening of fun, dance, music, food and much more. It’s a masquerade ball, so don’t forget to wear your formal best and a mask.
Location is North Gym, Building E on Abbotsford Campus. There will be free food, a DJ, and dance party.
