The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy policy is proposed as a new policy in order to comply with the FOIPOP Act (http://www.bclaws.ca/Recon/document/ID/freeside/96165_00). The policy focuses on UFV’s commitment to complying with the legislation, the principles used in applying this legislation at UFV, and the authorities and responsibilities for meeting our obligations.
