MS Office 2013 migration coming soon

IT Services is planning the software upgrade of MS Office 2010 to MS Office 2013. The latest version of the Office suite includes many improvements to existing functionality and has many new enhanced features.

All student labs will be upgraded to Office 2013 for the start of the Fall 2014 semester. This will take place during the last two weeks of August (after the last Summer semester exam).

Employees will have an option to upgrade their current version of the Office suite. Starting on Tues, Aug 5, a new icon labelled “Office 2013 Upgrade” appeared on all employee computer desktops. This will initiate the optional upgrade from MS Office 2010 to 2013. You will have the choice to perform the upgrade whenever it is convenient for you. Plans to move all employee computers to MS Office 2013 will be communicated later in the Fall semester.
