The Centre for Indo-Canadian Studies, and the South Asian Peer Network Association (SAPNA) student organization are collaborating with UFV India to present an Ehsaas film screening of Peepli Live.
The film Peepli Liv takes a satirical look at the farmer suicides occurring in India as well as the role of the media in India. Director Ajay Bhardwaj will be moderating the discussion afterwards.
