Student photo exhibit at The Reach

UFV’s Global Development Institute has an exhibit of 25 photos at the Reach Gallery this weekend. The exhibit highlights the internship activities of 25 UFV student interns who were funded by the Canadian International Development Agency and the Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada to work on development projects in Tanzania and India over the past three years. Internships required a commitment of a minimum of three months and students worked on various projects that included urban agriculture, climate change adaptation, and community development. The event is free and the exhibit will be open Friday 10 am to 5 pm; Saturday and Sunday noon to 5 pm.
