UFV Wellness Program

The Health, Safety & Wellness office in the Human Resources department will soon be launching a new wellness program for UFV employees. The current theme is Stress and Time Management. Over the course of October and November we will be offering workshops in support of providing a healthy work-life balance and teaching mechanisms to reduce and deal with stress related issues.
