Workplace stress can be triggered by many sources: heavy workloads with tight timelines, layoffs or restructuring, or difficult co-workers. When combined with the pressures and responsibilities outside of work, it is no wonder employees may experience high levels of stress in their daily routine. Left unaddressed, stress can lead to absenteeism and has the potential to turn into a major mental or physical health concern. This session will teach participants how to effectively manage stress for optimal health, well-being, and workplace productivity.

At the end of this session, you will be able to:

  • Define stress and fight or flight response.
  • Identify personal stressors and symptoms.
  • Develop strategies to increase your personal resiliency.
