Many of the documents used for study tours are relevant for planning student international internship placements. This is why we have coined the term ‘international experiences’. However, we recognize that some of the information and/or procedures are not relevant for international internships. While we work to create a parallel and specific set of documents for international internship placements, please use what forms – and parts of forms – that you can from under the Study Tour menu.

The following are a list of forms that are relevant for international internship placements:

  1. Risk Assessment and using International SOS for information gathering
  2. All of the forms under Important Forms
  3. Registering the intern’s travel itinerary on MyTrips and receiving training on the services of International SOS (please email to schedule that ISOS pre-departure session)
  4. Storage of information on the Security and Management Services drive.
