Blackboard Learn Box View’s inline Grading tool will be turned off after April 30. Box View is a third-party tool with servers in the United States. This tool is used in the Grade Centre inline grading to preview students’ uploaded assignments. Blackboard itself is managed and hosted in Canada.
Instructors using Assignment dropbox will now need to download assignments for grading. All other features in the Grade Centre remain the same. There is an option to do a bulk download as well. Shown below.
Again, due to the privacy concerns with Box View we will be turning off the tool. There was no other solution from Blackboard to resolve this issue.
