UFV intends to be OPEN for all classes and scheduled activities at all campuses on Tuesday, Jan 14 under winter weather conditions. UFV Risk and Safety, Facilities, Student Services, Communications, and other departments are monitoring the winter weather closely.
UFV Status will be updated at 5:45am Tuesday morning.
Be prepared for unusually cold temperatures and strong winds. Dress warmly in layers and stay dry.
Please allow extra time for your commute and when travelling to, and around, UFV. Winter clothing and footwear are recommended.

I’m fine with ufv being open tomorrow, but are you guys gonna make sure at least that the ufv parking lot is clean enough tomorrow morning for 8:30am classes? I don’t want worry about my car skidding on a ice covered parking lot.
