Update: Mon. Feb 11 at 7pm – UFV monitoring weather conditions

UFV will continue to monitor the weather across the Fraser Valley during the evening of Monday, Feb. 11 and early Tuesday morning.

The status of campuses and classes will be updated at 615 am on Tuesday, Feb. 12.

UFV Risk and Safety, Facilities, Student Services, Communications, and other departments are evaluating the snowfall and road conditions and will update this page, UFV Alert; social media (facebook and twitter); and the UFV.ca home page with new information.

Many factors are taken into consideration including driving conditions in multiple regions of the Fraser Valley, RCMP road warnings, reports from each campus, and Environment Canada forecasts and warnings.

Register for UFV Alert and receive important information regarding severe weather or emergencies on your phone.

Check UFV.ca for updates.

    • Hi, I think you may have commented on the wrong day – I think you’re asking about Wednesday, Feb 13. We cannot make that decision until tomorrow morning given the conditions tonight.
In weather events UFV collects data all night long and early in the morning before making the decision. Please check UFV.ca at 615am tomorrow.

Also please check UFV.ca for the latest information.
