Confronting the climate emergency: post-disaster recovery and regional collaboration in the Lytton region – Guest speaker Sarah Kamal

Guest speaker Sarah Kamal, in conversation with SoJust faculty, will discuss her work with the Kanaka Bar Indian Band in developing collaborative and coalition building responses to climate displacement and the capacity of Indigenous story to promote healing. Q & A and refreshments to follow.

Planting Stewardship and Justice: A SoJust Pocket Forest

Join us in planting a pocket forest at The’wá:lí First Nation, engaging hands, hearts, and minds to commit to our shared earth, our collective community, and our mutual interdependency by planting sustainability and good intentions.
