Following the UFV Board of Governors approval on June 18, 2020, the FSA membership ratified the new collective agreement on June 26, 2020. As the final step, the Post Secondary Employers Association approved the collective agreement on July 14, 2020. The agreement spans 2019 to 2022.
UFV faculty and staff will receive an additional 0.4% pay increase in February 2018 under the BC Government’s Economic Stability Mandate.
